In the earlier blog on strategy we mentioned the effect of the external challenges on the business's survival. In today's blog we briefly define the term strategy.
Strategy simply means " competing successfully". While the origin of strategy could be traced back to war time, it's utility extends beyond war to business in a major way.
Start up device mechanisms to survive the challenges that the business heavy weights throw at them. Similarly the heavy weights manage to effectively defend or expand their territory.
Every successful business is a lesson of strategy. We would at different points relate to some of the caselets that we are working on to make this blog more effective.
