Strategy - 8

We have looked at a couple of small real life case-lets to be able to understand how companies have their strategies and goals implemented. This use of case studies is a very common way of learning about strategy.

When academicians and researchers study about organizations they generally begin finding a best practice to filter out the essentials of the situation at hand. These methods of analysis is generally encapsulated in a particular "framework".

In the study of strategy, frameworks help one get the mental pegs, with which we can begin the analysis and have a look at the reasons for the success or failure of ventures.

In some of our upcoming blogs, we will also look at the various frameworks which we have studied and think are the most relevant for the study of strategy. We think these frameworks would remain with you very handy in your analysis. So keep a watch at this section.
